We regularly have pop-up stores and corners in department stores. You can find all our current points of sale here.

Can you deliver to my store?

Unfortunately not, in-store delivery is not possible.

How do I know if a part is available in store?

If you'd like to drop in but aren't sure you'll find your favorite pieces, you can contact us at [email protected] or directly on our Instagram account @surpriseparis. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!

I bought my product on the website. Can I return it or exchange it in store?

If your order was placed online, your return or exchange will have to be done only on the site, via your procedure returns.surprise-paris.com. Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt of the parcel and are free of charge in France

I bought a product at a pop-up store or department store corner, but it's now closed. How can I return or exchange it?

As long as the pop-up store is open, you must return your product to the pop-up store.Once the pop-up store is closed, you can contact us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it. For department stores, you can still return your product
