It may happen that the relay point you have selected is exceptionally unavailable, overloaded or closed. The carrier is then obliged to deliver your parcel to another relay point.
At this stage, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery location of your parcel. However, if you are unable to receive your package, it will automatically be returned to us. You can then make a request via [email protected] to have your order returned or refunded.
